Pozi\u021bia corect\u0103 este <strong>cu v\u00e2rful limbii \u00een spatele incisivilor superiori \u0219i cu toat\u0103 suprafa\u021ba limbii lipit\u0103 de palat (cerul gurii)<\/strong>. Asta \u00eenseamn\u0103 sprijin, echilibru, o respira\u021bie corect\u0103 \u0219i o dezvoltare armonioas\u0103 a fe\u021bei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e2nd frenul lingual este prea scurt (ankyloglossia), limba nu poate ajunge \u00een pozi\u021bia ei fiziologic\u0103. Apare compensarea: respira\u021bie oral\u0103, postur\u0103 vicioas\u0103, \u00eenghi\u021bire infantil\u0103, sfor\u0103it \u0219i dezechilibre musculare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frenectomia este doar \u00eenceputul<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Frenectomia \u2013 fie cu laser, fie clasic\u0103 \u2013 elibereaz\u0103 mi\u0219carea limbii. Dar <strong>dac\u0103 nu o \u00eenve\u021bi ce s\u0103 fac\u0103 cu noua sa libertate<\/strong>, ea se va \u00eentoarce la vechile tipare. Tocmai de aceea, <strong>exerci\u021biile miofunc\u021bionale<\/strong> sunt esen\u021biale \u00eenainte \u0219i dup\u0103 interven\u021bie. Se repet\u0103 de <strong>15 ori fiecare<\/strong>, <strong>de 3 ori pe zi<\/strong>, timp de minimum o lun\u0103. Se pot \u00eencepe cu 2 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni \u00eenainte de frenectomie \u0219i se continu\u0103 minim 4 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni postoperator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udf00 Exerci\u021biile \u2013 pas cu pas:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Pozi\u021bia de repaus<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Ridic\u0103 limba \u00een spatele din\u021bilor de sus \u0219i lipe\u0219te-o de palat. \u021aine 10 secunde.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: antrenarea pozi\u021biei corecte a limbii<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Alunecare palatal\u0103<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Lipe\u0219te limba sus, apoi gliseaz-o din fa\u021b\u0103 spre spate, c\u00e2t mai profund.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: mobilitate \u0219i \u00eentindere fren<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Click-ul lingual<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Deschide gura, lipe\u0219te limba sus, inspir\u0103 u\u0219or pe gur\u0103, apoi deschide c\u00e2t po\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 a dezlipi limba. \u021aine 5 sec. \u0219i apoi d\u0103 drumul limbii cu un sunet de \u201eclick\u201d.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: \u00eentindere activ\u0103 a frenului, eliberare miofascial\u0103<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. \u00centindere vertical\u0103<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Lipe\u0219te limba sus, deschide gura c\u00e2t po\u021bi, f\u0103r\u0103 a o dezlipi.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: testarea \u0219i cre\u0219terea elasticit\u0103\u021bii postoperatorii<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Limba lat\u0103 \u0219i limba s\u0103geat\u0103<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Scoate limba lat\u0103, apoi str\u00e2nge-o ca o s\u0103geat\u0103. Respir\u0103 doar pe nas.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: tonifiere, control muscular<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Rota\u021bii orale<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Cu gura \u00eenchis\u0103, rote\u0219te limba circular prin obraji.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f <em>Scop: mobilitate lateral\u0103, activare global\u0103<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Exerci\u021biu cu rezisten\u021b\u0103<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong> Pune limba sus \u0219i deschide \u0219i \u00eenchide gura f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 \u00eempingi limba \u00een din\u021bi. F\u0103r\u0103 un program bine condus, rezultatele pot fi minime sau temporare. Cu exerci\u021bii miofunc\u021bionale constante, sprijinite de un specialist, interven\u021bia devine complet\u0103, iar copilul (sau adultul) \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 respire, s\u0103 \u00eenghit\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 a\u0219a cum corpul a fost construit s\u0103 o fac\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Despre noi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ce este IOMFT?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IOMFT (Institutul de Ortoposturologie \u0219i Terapie Orofacial\u0103 Miofunc\u021bional\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia)<\/strong>&nbsp;este un centru interdisciplinar dedicat preven\u021biei \u0219i tratamentului tulbur\u0103rilor respiratorii \u0219i miofunc\u021bionale la copii. Prin reunirea speciali\u0219tilor din domenii precum ORL, ortodon\u021bie, terapie miofunc\u021bional\u0103, logopedie, pediatrie, kinetoterapie \u0219i osteopatie, IOMFT promoveaz\u0103 o abordare integrat\u0103 a s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii copilului.<br>Scopul principal al institutului este de a oferi solu\u021bii \u0219i educa\u021bie, at\u00e2t p\u0103rin\u021bilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i medicilor, pentru a recunoa\u0219te \u0219i trata din timp apneea de somn \u0219i alte disfunc\u021bii. \u00cen acest fel, IOMFT contribuie la cre\u0219terea copiilor \u00eentr-un mediu propice dezvolt\u0103rii armonioase, evit\u00e2nd complica\u021biile de lung\u0103 durat\u0103 cauzate de problemele de respira\u021bie pe timpul nop\u021bii. Centrul organizeaz\u0103 cursuri, ateliere \u0219i sesiuni de instruire pentru a disemina informa\u021bii actuale \u0219i practici eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abordarea IOMFT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>IOMFT pune accent pe&nbsp;<strong>preven\u021bie<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0219i identificarea semnelor timpurii ale apneei de somn \u0219i ale altor disfunc\u021bii respiratorii. Echipa institutului colaboreaz\u0103 pentru a stabili un plan terapeutic personalizat, adaptat nevoilor fiec\u0103rui copil. Prin evalu\u0103ri complexe (care urm\u0103resc respira\u021bia, postura, istoricul medical \u0219i obiceiurile zilnice), speciali\u0219tii contureaz\u0103 harta complet\u0103 a pacientului \u0219i propun solu\u021bii integrate: de la terapia miofunc\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i ortodon\u021bie interceptiv\u0103, p\u00e2n\u0103 la igien\u0103 nazal\u0103 \u0219i educa\u021bie parental\u0103. Abordarea IOMFT se bazeaz\u0103 pe colaborarea dintre diferite ramuri medicale, av\u00e2nd ca obiectiv final o cre\u0219tere \u0219i dezvoltare echilibrat\u0103 a copiilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Procedurile multidisciplinare<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cazul copiilor cu apnee de somn, o singur\u0103 specialitate nu poate acoperi toate aspectele problemei. De aceea, IOMFT reune\u0219te exper\u021bi care s\u0103 colaboreze str\u00e2ns: ORL-i\u0219ti pentru probleme anatomice (polipi, amigdalite), ortodon\u021bi pentru corec\u021bia maxilarului \u0219i alinierea dentar\u0103, terapeu\u021bi miofunc\u021bionali pentru reeducarea respira\u021biei, kinetoterapeu\u021bi \u0219i osteopa\u021bi pentru optimizarea posturii \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, pediatri \u0219i consultan\u021bi \u00een lacta\u021bie care s\u0103 monitorizeze dezvoltarea copilului.
